Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident trying ZORINEN. Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery for a refund.

How to start a return

Email info@zorinen.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back. We will confirm the return instructions and the applicable return address.

Return conditions

Items should be returned with the order information and included accessories. Please package the product securely. We may be unable to approve a return where the item has been materially damaged through misuse, has been altered, or is returned without enough information to identify the order.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and reviewed, we will email you about the result. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges and warranty issues

Contact us before returning an item if you need a replacement, received the wrong item, or believe the product has a defect. Warranty requests are handled under our Warranty Claim process.
